Close to everything. No hot water after ten minutes. Room booked for five people and everyday only received towels for three people. It gets very tiresome to call everyday and say hey can you send two more towels. Shower more than a minute, tub doesn’t drain, had to call maintenance. Cleaners randomly decide which of your dirty dishes to pick up, did not figure that out so just started leaving dishes in hallway like everyone else.

The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. They had great customer service. There were also many restaurants and shops near this hotel.

Sana is a convenient place with a walkable distance to prayer area to gate 328 there are plenty of shops around the area and the breakfast wasn’t a bad selection was a busy hotel which delayed room service but understandable with the amount of customers they cater for I do recommend this hotel and would stay again price is fair I got charge 110riyal a night for extra bed so wasn’t to bad they don’t attend to check if towels need a change you will have to ask
