Very nice 3 room apartment for rent on the first floor for up to 6 people. The apartment is about 90 square meters and has a huge balcony about 20 square meters. The apartment itself has no lake view, but you can admire the beautiful Lake Constance up to the Alps on the roof terrace. The apartment has the following equipment: fully equipped kitchen, high chair, coffee machine, baby bed, WiFi, free parking, flat screen TV, separate toilet, bathtub with integrated shower, etc. Price includes all costs except the tourist tax and final cleaning. The final cleaning is 50 euros. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
It is about a 10-minute walk to Lake Constance. To the center of Meersburg about 10 minutes. Shops are nearby and can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
From March to November there is a free shuttle in Meersburg, the stop is in the immediate vicinity.
Arrival time is always from 3 p.m. or by appointment. Departure time is always until 10 a.m. or by appointment.

Insgesamt war die Unterbringung gut- zweckmäßig. Sauberkeit war Okay- ein paar Spinngeweben und die üblichen Ecken und Fensterbänke könnten … hier kann mit wenig Aufwand ein tolles Ergebnis erzielt werden. Schneidebrett, Brotmesser, kleinere Schüsseln und Schneebesen wären eine schöne Ergänzung. Viel Besteck war klasse- ansonsten alles da😊👍 Alles in allem würden wir wieder buchen

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt und der Stadtbus fährt auch nicht weit entfernt ab. Es war sehr ruhig abends, wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wahrscheinlich bald wiederkommen.

So hätten wir das nicht erwartet. Echt jetzt. Super schöne Wohnung mit viel, viel Platz. Ja, okay, wir waren nur zu dritt. Aber eben, darum kann man es doppelt geniessen. Zwei WC's ist natürlich cool, auch wenn das eine sehr klein ist. Waschen von Kleidern wäre sogar auch möglich! Was ich auch schön finde, dass hier die Bewohner auf einander achten und die Sicherheit an oberster Stelle steht. Die Lage spricht für sich. Unweit vom Shuttlebus und auch zu Fuss ist Meersburg von hier im Nu erreichbar. Lidl um die Ecke, und, und und. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen. Das finden wir.... Spitze! Danke vielmals und ein ganz lieber Gruss aus der Schweiz!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Bietet vollen Service.
Einfache Kommunikation, Herr Arkadius ist in jeder Hinsicht ein guter Gastgeber. Nimmt sich die Zeit sein Apartment vorzustellen, ist durchgehend verfügbar & versucht auch Sonderwünsche wie einen weiteren Parkplatz umzusetzen. Werden dort nächstes Jahr wieder buchen!
