Welcome to Miralago, a beautiful flat in a villa located in Melano, offering a comfortable living experience, ideal for families and groups of friends.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room lit by a large window that floods the entire space with light; the living room is furnished with elegant leather sofas and a large wooden cabinet with TV; a fireplace (WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED! ) adds a touch of charm; from the living room, there is access to a balcony furnished with a table and chairs for four people, perfect for enjoying the view of the lake and the mild Ticino climate; there is also a large dining table in the living room that can seat up to eight people, ideal for dinners and meetings.
The separate, green-coloured kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher; inside the kitchen, you will also find a dining table that can comfortably seat five people, making the space functional.
The flat has three bedrooms: a large double bedroom, which offers a large double bed and ample wardrobe space; a second double bedroom, also with a double bed, perfect for a second couple or guests; a third bedroom, furnished with two single beds and a bookcase, ideal for children or additional guests; all rooms have parquet floors, adding a touch of warmth and elegance.
The flat has two bathrooms, both with a vintage feel thanks to 1970s tiles in shades of beige and green: a main bathroom with a bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower.
The flat also boasts a garden terrace, where you will find a barbecue area with a table for four, ideal for al fresco dining.
A practical laundry column in the private garage, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, completes the accommodation.

Melano is a charming village located in Canton Ticino, in the south of Switzerland, and offers an enchanting and peaceful setting, surrounded by nature and scenic beauty. The village is located on the shores of Lake Lugano, offering splendid views of the water and the surrounding mountains. The lake is the main attraction, an ideal place for recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking and SUP. A few minutes' walk takes you to the Lido di Melano to cool off and have fun with family and friends, equipped with deckchairs and parasols and with a kiosk bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The mountains surrounding Melano are perfect for hiking and trekking suitable for all levels of hikers: Monte Generoso, one of the most iconic mountains in the area, is easily accessible by funicular, whose Capolago station is a 10-minute drive from Melano. Melano is surrounded by picturesque villages such as Morcote, a short boat ride away, famous for its cobbled streets, lush gardens and ancient churches. The city of Lugano can easily be reached in 15 minutes by car or by train from Melano station in 10 minutes.

By Car: From the Lugano Nord A2 motorway take the exit "Melide/ Bissone, Morcote, Campione" and continue on the cantonal road following the GPS for 10 minutes. Or from the Chiasso A2 motorway take the exit "Mendrisio" and continue on the cantonal road following the GPS for 10 minutes.
By public transport: From Lugano railway station take the train S10 in the direction of "Mendrisio" and get off after 3 stops at "Maroggia-Melano", Here take the bus N.541 in the direction of "Arogno, Nebbia" for 2 stops and get off at "Melano, Piazza". From there it is a 5-minute walk to the flat. Or coming from Mendrisio station take the train S10 direction "Biasca" for 3 stops and get off at "Maroggia-Melano", then take the same bus N.541.
