I stayed at this property during the first couple of days of my vacation. The property does NOT look nearly as nice as the pictures. It's a really old and beat up apartment building. My particular unit had 2 bedrooms, which was great although not needed for me. But the living room was tiny and uncomfortable. Also the windows looked directly into the windows of another bunch of rooms. So I felt like I had to close the shades the whole time. The refrigerator didn't seem to work. It was plugged in, and it was making noise. But it just wasn't cold, even after I set the temperature to the midrange, and waited until the next day. Also no lights. I told the manager about it, and he said he can't do anything until the next day. Of course, I was checking out the next day. So that'd be sub-par service on top of the refrigerator. Walls thin. The pool did not look welcoming. But with more care, it would be a nice lap pool. The sauna was out of order. The gym was my main reason for picking this property. It was also popular among others. But there were a lot of dumbbell weights in the 10-20 kg range that were missing. It's hard to work out with the mid range missing. The location is decent. Close to Lygon and CBD, and a tram is right outside. Generally, if I were a college student wanting to save money on a long term stay, then I'd go for this place. But if you're looking for something for your vacation, find another place, spend more money, and you'll enjoy yourself more.

Very nice hotel with great facilities. The suite was extremely well-kept with two separate rooms, one living room area and one bedroom with a very spacious double-bed. It has a great breakfast spread as well.

Great location but that’s all it has going for it. It was un clean and run down. Linen was dirty and ill fitting. The bathrooms were dirty and small and cramped. Definitely not set up for families. Also found a used condom in the bed, not sure how long it was there. We won’t be back

They gave us 2 single beds sideways to make a queensize bed with a comforter over it they did this in 2 rooms. With a tiny tv. Over all 2.5 out of 5.

The positive about this is there is a tram stop right out the front and also the lady who checked us in was lovely. The downside was the cleanliness and lack of bedding for the pull out sofa. We had a room for 5 people so used the sofa. We booked and paid for 5 but no linen provided for the 5th. When we asked and collected extra linen they couldnt even provide a pillowcase for the pillow and the blanket had burn marks over it. Sofa was horrendously uncomfy and all you felt were the wooden frame under it. Not even enough cups for us all. This room wasnt set up for 5. I am not fussy with much but i expected a pillow case for hygiene purposes at the very least
