Comfortable room, bed and towels etc. Only issue was that there was no kettle for my cup of tea. The coffee maker was messy and water not hot enough for tea. If there was a small microwave, I could have heated it. Good to have the fridge and milk supplied.

The roof top pool was amazing. Could be a little bit warmer in temperature since Melbourne is so cold at the moment. And gym was a little rusted and out of date. Never received my bond back after my stay there even though the reception staff said I would get it refunded.

Excellent Location with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance, transport and facilities are well located in this area. Easy Parking in the building is well served. Hotel service and facilities such as the roof top heated pool is a highlight.

The reception and staff even the room service was nice people and very patient, even when they are confused because of different language or misunderstandin. Thank you very much guys, god bless you all 😹👋🙏 Room clean & Tidy ( was staying in floor 4 double bed ) Room service daily Free tea - free coffee - free milk Electric kettle, hair dryer, bread toaster ❤️ Air conditioner / heater 👍 Very near boxhill shopping center & near grocery / supermarket / many restaurant nearby ❤️‍🔥 Have many church in the area 👍 Clean and safe environment, easy access to public transport 🤔 I hear other guest saying have pool in top floor, but too bad i didnt bring swimming suit so i didnt check it 🤔

Our stay was good for only 1 night. Close to Box Hill Shopping center if you're looking to stay on that side of town. About a 20 minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Center. There is parking but it's a bit of a pain to get into and out of. Service was good, easy and quick check in and check out. Pretty run of the mill booking for us.
