Excellent service. We would have liked some face washers in the bathroom. Please make sure the number of towels are replaced with the same number taken, as 4 towels were replaced by 2.. Apart from that we loved staying there.

Our stay at this property was good until someone came to our room early this morning to harrass us, woke us up, and to add insult, BUTCHERED the pronunciation of my name! Not everyone who lives in Australia is Anglo-Saxon, and as a Melbourne resident one should know that! Also learn to READ because there was no "I" in my name where the guy pronounced it, whoever he is.

We stayed at the Atlantis as it was very close to Southern Cross station and easy access to the airport. It was very convenient and a very nice comfortable room with everything we needed. We will return when needed as very easy and convenient and quiet and safe. Thank you

The place & staff were fantastic Only criticism was the amount of light in the room when we were trying to sleep ( under the door and gaps each side of the blinds) Other than that it was fantastic value for money & very clean I will use an eye mask next time but will definitely go back 👍
