Nice location and staff were extremely friendly. Only thing you need to know is the staircase as you head to the lift from the reception. With a heavy suitcase, guests will struggle to get the suitcases down to the staircase to get onto the lift.

The windows had bird poo all over then, the air conditioner kept turn off we call reception a number of time and then they would send up the maintenance guy and he would stick in paper clip in the remote and would say it is fix but the 15 minutes later it would turn off again and this happened to many times. We have tried to contact them by email but they have not responded. We are discussed by this play and would never stay here again.

First impressions were friendly staff and clean. Only amplified by getting a room upgrade which was really comfy and plenty of room for 3 adults to relax at the end of the night in our PJ's watching movies. Buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Couldn't fault the place - thanks for a great stay BHOC!

The room was very clean, and was all we needed for a weekend stay. We had the Buffet breakfast and were pleased with the variety and quality of the food. We would recommend The Batman on Collins.

Some good some not so good

Hotel has good features such as location and the fact that four people comfortably fit in one of their good larger rooms with a full kitchen included. Hotel has good washer and dryer in bottom floor as well. Hotel is clean and has a good location. However WiFi is terrible (1GB max per day and only 2 devices at a time), and there are street people in the surrounding area.
