The room was clean to the point i felt it was safe to wear my bare feet. ALL of the receptionists were very attentive and not “meh, make it quick i cbf with u people” vibes. Thanks for making my stay better by being great and also good jobs to the housekeepers. I rate it 9/10 ..the other one percent is cos u gotta pay 30 bucks per washing load if im correct.. but each to their own

This is really clean and comfortable accommodation. Really good value for money. The only detractor is the traffic noise from Kings way. There is little that can be done about this and having said this, it was not loud enough to interrupt sleep. The room was spotless and really well presented.

Honest review, there was no slippers in the room unlike what is presented as part of the amenities and they didn’t keep up with the daily breakfast to go. Also not very sound proof, I can still hear noises outside. Otherwise nice and clean room.

Reception had a big trouble finding my reservation. Room was clean and tidy. But the aircon was turning off periodically. I complained the same to the reception but to no avail. No one came to attend my request even though they told me to they would send someone. In the name of breakfast they handed few snacks items in the afternoon.

We booked a couple of nights in a one bedroom suite. It was perfectly clean, spacious and well appointed. Bathroom / shower very good, strong & consistent water flow. Good kitchenette which we didn’t use, full size fridge & freezer. Only complaint, if you like, was the same as I have with most hotels or motels, the matress on the bed was too firm for my liking.

The property was neat and tidy inside. Not much appeal when you arrive at reception. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was large. I stayed three nights. One of the nights doors kept opening and banging shut repeatedly in some part of the building. I don’t know what was going on! There was no room safe which would have been useful. Reception staff were helpful.

I’m aware that there’s a complimentary breakfast included in our booking.This is my second time I stayed here and this time I’m with my friend who’ll take an exam nearby.When we arrived I’ve noticed that we don’t have the complimentary breakfast which is in a box supposedly.We informed the lady receptionist (evening) and she told us it should be there.So, I checked again but still I haven’t found anything and went down again to confirm.We can see from her face that she’s upset, we don’t understand why she’s being upset where in the first place they are the one who forgot to put the comlimentary breakfast.She just gave one, and I told her we are 2 staying on the room.As receptionist, she should not give some attitude to the guest.I hope she’ll be more approachable and personable for her to be fit in her position.There’s no phone inside the room so if there’s any concern we still need to go down and talk to the receptionist.Please don’t tolerate this kind of attitude.

I cannot speak more highly of the front desk safe when i had interaction with them. However, the apartment, on arrival was a little disappointing. There was only 1 x towel in the bathroom and no bath mat. The breakfast boxes were not supplied for my 2 night stay. The sofa was the most uncomfortable that i've ever sat on and it would deter me from staying more than 1 or 2 night. The bed was very comfortable, but i was surprised that there wasn't an additional blanket or pillow in the cupboards.

The reception was very helpful, especially the gentlemen who served me in the evening and the lady who served me in the morning. This was on the weekend and both were helpful and professional. The walls around the lift buttons could do with a clean.
