The staff were very helpful and the apartment was well appointed. The decor was nice and the apartment was spacious. We were very comfortable here and would stay there again. In fact we’ve already booked our next stay.

My stay was amazing and definitely I will recommend and be back again soon thank you so much District Fitzroy for making my stay above and beyond what I imagined .
It was a fantastic stay with DFZ, I was well notified in advance for all the info. that I needed and staffs responded my email enquiries promptly.
Located in a quiet environment yet walkable distance to shops, restaurant and public transportation.
Highly recommended!

I unfortunately parked our car in the car stacker in the underneath car park in accordance with their instructions. After collecting the car I found the front of it damaged apparently by the car stacking mechanism. I contacted the hotel to report it and informed the general manager would contact me. I also asked for the number plate (torn off the front bumper to be returned. I have not heard from the general manager and my three email have not been answered. On a later phone call I was told that I would have to pay for a call out if I wanted to get our munger plate back. Their communication is appalling. Could not possibly recommend this hotel.

great stay however communication between the employees and the cleaners must be better, elevator wasn’t working and was told a cleaner would be coming down waited 20 minutes still no one so i rang again to be told she is only just replying and coming now than another 10 minutes i rang again and was told they would send someone down now??? pretty poor but overall the stay was lovely
