The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip as the meeting point for our excursion was very close. We were able to walk to the sky tower and enjoy the views.

I had a city view room that was very nice. The hotel was conveniently located. The only constructive feedback would be that the breakfast service was overwhelmed by the crowd.

Great value for money, great location, great breakfast but the line for check in was ridiculous and the worst I’ve struck. If heck in is at 2pm and your full or close to then why don’t you roster staff appropriately. The check in line was back to the elevators ( about 14 people in front of me )and 2 people on reception. The 2 staff were also on the phone, sorting out peoples internet and keys not working issues and it took over half an hour. Apart from that it was good .
