The property inside the area as great but outdide was a building site. There was no footpath to get from the airport to the hotel. As we had been traveling fir a few hours and the hotel was only 5 mins away (according to Google) we thought walking would be a good idea. Please take it from us to call the free shuttle bus!

Very convenient hotel within walking distance to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I mistakenly booked a room for a day before our actual arrival. I didn't realize I had done this until I received an email from Hotels.com asking how my check in went. I immediately reached out to the hotel via email to explain what happened. I asked that they move the reservation to the next day. In the meantime I went ahead and booked a room for the next day to ensure we had somewhere to stay. When I checked in I hadn't heard back from the hotel, so I didn't mention it to the hotel staff because I figured it was my error and I would just be out of luck. The next day I received an email thanking me for booking the correct day and informing me that they had submitted a refund for the incorrect day. They didn't have to do that and I greatly appreciate it. That's what you call customer service!

Comfortable enough hotel before a long flight.
Easy checkin, friendly staff. Quiet room. Problem with toilet cistern, kept running after flushing. The kettle had been descaled but not rinsed. So when we made coffee the milk curdled and went a strange colour. Luckily we didnt drink it. Flushed out the kettle properly before making our coffees.

Convenient and consistently great Airport hotel
This is a very convenient Airport hotel, situated only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute shuttle ride from the main Terminals. It's comfortable and the staff are very good. The restaurant food is very good too.

Great for a stopover
Great hotel for a quick stopover before your next flight. If you don’t mind being another 100m from the airport, its better value than the park royal.
