The blanket was yellow and gross the bathroom tiles are very slippery, shower head old and sprays water from shower arm, Shower pressure isn’t great I would say this is a 2.5 star

Hotel and room were very clean. However the rooftop rooms, which are spacious with the tiniest bathroom, are located on level 19 are situated between the elevators and all you hear the whole time you are in the room is the elevator going up and down.

Clean and tidy apartment hotel 24 hour access to staff on site Internal studio room was spacious apart from the bathroom. Would not book this room again the bathroom was difficult to use. Basin and placement of items made it difficult to move in.

Very average room - no servicing of the room - on check out I asked the receptionist to call me a taxi and he said it was to difficult and to do it myself - guess hospitality means something different in Australia?

The oaks was nice, clean, quiet and had a good little kitchen. The only thing is the bathroom was a bit on the small side with no bench space to put toiletries. I would stay again.

Multiple room reservations and pre organized extensions confused the staff. Room configuration was wrong with all rooms twin where one was twin and others were queen. In addition, a move in the middle of the stay resulted in my adult sons moving from a twin to a queen. Eventually this was resolved.
