The room was comfortable and quiet however our stay was spoiled by the attitude of the staff on reception. When we asked for help with public transport they were totally disinterested and there was no information available to us. It would be so much more helpful if the staff were actually trained in customer service.

Excellent and comfortable stay in a spacious room. Convenient to trams so easy to get to/from. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The only thing is the wifi was a bit patchy, especially daytime.

The female receptionist (Rathida?) was exceptional. Due to the marathon being run that weekend, we were unable to get a taxi, and were fearful of missing our train.
