The staff treated us like royalty. We found ourselves in a last minute bind when our flight to Bali was cancelled. The staff eased our worries and put us in the quietest room with the most comfortable bed. I felt pampered and cared for. Thank you!

The service was lacking. Spa bath dirty. Tired looking. We checked in and noticed food outside a room. It stayed there until we checked out next day. Thats a bad indication of service and cleanliness. Robes looked grey and breakfast cold. Just wished we chose another hotel.

Property was clean and tidy. Starting to get a little dated. Sliding door to the balcony didnt seal properly and the wind whistled through it. Apart from that we really liked the place and restaurants close by
