We loved the great communication from the staff (always polite and smiling), room was comfortable, clean. We had a room with a balcony and there was little to no noise. Overall experience was good. There were issues during checkin as in spite of arriving an hour later than check in time, our room was not ready. Initially we got very cold answers regarding that. When we raised the issue and mentioned that this delay is causing our plan cancelation, we were offered a temporary room till our booked room was being prepared.

I always stay at the Jazz when in Melbourne. Very good customer service Modern decor Great amenities to stay in and cook, wash clothes if need be. Close to transport and entertainment and dining. No parking but this is a minor quibble when you’re so close to everything. Can’t wait to stay again
