The hotel was amazing but my boyfriend's Tahoe got broken into in a parking lot behind the hotel. If you don't valet this will happen. I luckily did. Worth the ridiculous $32 fee.

Loved it was in a relaxed neighbourhood 15 mins from Beale St but a world away from a tourist street. A variety of bars & restaurants near by. Only short walk from MLK memorial & civil rights museum. Worth the price if staying in Memphis

The atmosphere is wonderful. The lobby/reception has great ambience. The room was very spacious with a loft motif. Lots of light and high ceilings. The rooms don't have carpets which means noise carries. That is my only complaint.

Arrive is a very cool hotel with a nice bar and coffee bar downstairs. Very nice staff everywhere. Also, the bar Birtie’s is two doors down. It’s a supercool golf simulator bar. Great owners! However, Main Street Memphis can be dangerous. There literally were two shootings (drive-by’s I think) in three days. And we heard another one that sounded about three blocks away. Also, be aware there’s no coffee maker in the room so you have to order room service from the coffee bar. That’s not terrible but I do like to at least have one cup pretty much as soon as I wake up.

The room was quite expensive for what I had imagined, comfortable bedding and nice spacious bathroom, although the shower seemed fairly weak in pressure, amenities were included. Saturday night there was gunfire outside the front of the building and reporting of someone staying at the hotel was shot but not life threatening. I had ordered a flourless chocolate cake later that night that was not recieved, staff wasn't always around so I felt burdened to ask for help with that, also felt bad because I'm sure staff was shaken up due to the gunfire. Overall I probably won't be going back, not just because of the Saturday night fiasco, but it was very expensive and didn't really hold up to the price tag in my opinion.

This was really a beautiful hotel, felt really private. I do wish that a parking garage was closer, so be prepared for a good little walk if you do not use the valet service. I loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the lounging area. Would definitely return to stay again!

Great Stay
All staff were very happy and friendly; we were greeted by everyone we passed. The drinks from the lobby bar were delicious. Our room was comfortable, a good size, and designed to maximize space. The decor throughout the hotel was unique and eclectic, reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film. The two critiques are that we were awoken by loud music being played for over an hour in an adjoining room in the middle of the night and the toilet paper in the bathroom was cheap and thin.
