This was my 2nd time at property and the same thing happened a year later… no soap in bathroom, had to request towels, hair in bathroom and shower. The parking is too expensive as well. For a fairly new hotel they need to do better. I will not be returning.
Loved this hotel. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Room was comfortable and clean. Valet parking was backed up so we used public parking (understandable since it was a big concert night). Not a big deal since we know the downtown area well. This will be our go-to downtown Memphis hotel going forward. Definitely prefer over the adjacent, well-known historical hotel for both price and comfort.
Seems like it was built for looks more than function. We had some minor issues upon check-in (tv would not connect to internet, no hand soap, keys not working), but the staff was very responsive and seemed to be working as hard as they could to take care of us. The location is great, but just like everything else downtown, things are very expensive. Parking is almost $50/day and drinks at the bar are $$$$. They have a new chef though and we tried some of his appetizers and they were very good!
There was no where to get bottled water. I had to go across the street. Wish Hilton would provide a couple bottles in the rooms.
I was disappointed with these accommodations. The staff was great. The hotel was not clean and the surrounding area was pretty sketchy. For the price completely unacceptable.

This was my third stay at this hotel since it opened. For the first time I was hugely disappointed to not receive the level of customer service that lured me back for the second stay. Housekeeping left much to be desired and the valet parking service was the absolute worst part! Aside from the number of loiterers hanging around the front door the valet parking was absolutely horrible.

The hotel is contemporary and esthetically pleasing. Eboni, who works the front desk, is the best. She is patient, kind, and resourceful. The Curfew restaurant requires more servers and attention to guests. The wait time was unacceptable. Besides the bed bugs/worms that were in my bed that caused me to check out, the highlight was Eboni. My experience was bad. May the odds be in your favor if you chose to stay here. I would not.
Got in late when driving through on my way to Alabama, was able to eat dinner at the bar (full service later into the night). This is very downtown/central, as a woman traveling solo I used the Valet so I wouldn’t have to worry about parking. Getting breakfast in the AM was easy, small coffee shop downstairs with bits and bobs.
This is a great place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. We didn't have hand soap or body wash, but when I asked for it they provided it in a timely manner. The location was walking distance to many things. The digital check-in process made things very easy. The staff was very helpful with everything including the valet service. I would definitely stay there again.

For the most part the stay was fine. Rooms were not cleaned enough, dirt, hair and extra trash on floor where you don’t look or pay attention to. Dusting certain piece of furniture in room needed to be done. Most hotel employees were not too helpful with giving info to guest. Info you need to know too. A incident happened in restaurant/bar while I was eating and it was very disturbing and not handle properly. But definitely thought Valer was on top of it the whole time that I needed them.

The elevators weren’t working, the TV didn’t work the entire time we were there, the USB ports to charge your phone didn’t work either. Hotel was clean and beautiful, convenient to restaurants and Beale street, staff was really nice and friendly.
We were about 3 hours early for check in. Our room was ready and we were charged $40 for early check-in
In 60 years of traveling I have never been charged for early check in. The hotel was practically empty.
There had been a flood from the 3rd floor down. Restaurant was closed, Very inconvenient. Only one elevator was working \. Luckily there were very few guests. We were told by other guests that they had been notified of the issue and given an opportunity to change their reservation. we were not extended that courtesy. We would have chosen the Hilton across the street. For the entire stay there were loud fans all over the lobby. Base boards were removed and laying on the floor. It was a construction zone.
On the last day the one remaining elevator was out of order. My 70 year old husband had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.
There was never a manager available.
Very disappointing stay.
