I didn’t not have reservación when I walk in to the hotel, I ask the staff if they have room available hes answer was nothing available then I went outide got in my ph check on Expedia and got the reservacion then when back told the guy way do you say nothing available look you have rooms available he got angry with me and walked away another person help me with my reservación

I was charged a $30 pet fee. I was told this place was pet friendly. I was never told of the dog fee. I could have stayed at a different hotel if I had this information a head of time.

They advertise as having a shuttle to the airport, but what they do not tell you is that this service begins at 7am. When I asked the woman behind the desk, “so what should I do if my flight is at 5:30am?” She responded with, “not my problem.”

Didnt like the musty smell in our room, the bathroom doorframe and baseboards had what looked to be vomit on them, and the building seemed a bit rundown Other than that, we loved our stay and was grateful for the very kind staff.

We booked the Holiday Inn, as it was very close to Graceland and it incl. breakfast. It has a super cute pool in the back. What we really liked is that the cars are parked in a gated parking lot behind the building. The Hotel is fairly new and everyone was super friendly.

Overbilled twice, had to call and complain twice so I could get my refund. Cleanliness was below average, pool was dirty, dead cockroach on the floor in the breakfast area. Friends (in another room) had people walk in on them in the middle of the night. Would definitely never stay here again.

The staff were amazing! We loved visiting with Ms. Suffice at breakfast-such southern hospitality! The hotel is going through renovations, so it was as tidy as could be. Our floor had a smell, but again they are starting renovations so I am not holding that against the establishment. The breakfast was great-so many choices. The workout facility was nice & equipped with great options from treadmill to elliptical & weights. We enjoyed the pool-who wouldn’t enjoy a guitar shaped pool. Our stay was wonderful and we will stay here when we are in Memphis. Also, check our Hernando’s Hide-a-way-great food & some cool music history there. Also makes it nice because it’s so close to the hotel.

Expedia confirmed 2 queen beds but the hotel gave us a king and said Expedia should not have confirmed the room type. The ceramic floors were very slippery I was sliding across them in my running shoes, it was as though they used lots of soap and didn’t rinse afterwards. The smell of carpet chemicals in the hallway was very very strong. The carpets had huge bald patches. After I checked out the hotel charged me for the room claiming Expedia’s credit card was declined and put the onus on me to get Expedia to provide a new credit card, which I did and Expedia confirmed everything would be fixed. Five days later nothing has been corrected.

When we first checked in they were cleaning so we didn’t think much about the strong chemical smell. We were then gone until late. When we got back it still smelled terrible. My husband has cancer and the smell was so strong it made him sick!! It was so late and we had so much stuff it was pointless to request a different room. It was also so hot and wouldn’t get cool. So at almost one AM I was going to our car to get the fan. I won’t be back even though the front desk staff was super sweet!!

Definitely needs updated.Close to Graceland but our room needs the carpet replaced,big hole in room was plastered but not sanded or repainted.Door frames need to be painted.
