Napoleon has went down since 2018. The staff at night looked like they did not want to work. Valet is only to 10pm so if you are coming in late, you have to park on the side and give your keys to the front desk. I had to switch rooms because it smelled like smoke. Overall experience was ok but this will be the last time staying as a guest.

I travel frequently for work and have stayed at other major hotels that are well-known for hospitality, I must say that Hotel Napoleon is in my top 3 hotels. I was greeted with warm welcome by the reception team - which includes a nice welcome note waiting for me in my bedroom. Their bar/restaurant staff is ver welcoming and attentive to ensure you get a good experience. Overall, I chose this hotel for location but it turned out to be more of just convenience - it was a great experience to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend!

It was great locaton and really nice, great staff. The exercise room is tiny, no fan, that is the only thing I did not like, it might not matter to others, it does to me, there is a YMCA walking distance.
