Great Hotel
Despite our check in being delayed for 1.5 hours, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in on our USA road trip. Fantastic staff, super comfy bed and the location is a 2 minute walk from Beale Street

Beds are crazy comfortable and very clean! Pillows, they were down or down alternative. Not supportive or comfortable, in my opinion. Room was clean, facilities were clean and maintained. All staff was friendly with the exception of one lady who answered the phone. I asked for an extra washcloth and another pillow. She acted like I had asked for a tuck in service and to be sang lullabies. Other than that would stay here again, great location and felt safe.
