The night personnel were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was excellent with hot and continental choices as well as fresh fruit. Shipping and restaurants within walking distance. Allows dogs.

Read the reviews and went ahead and booked. This hotel is very outdated and not so sure of the area where it sits. The sink are is right in front of the bed so if you’re sitting up in the bed, you’re looking at yourself. The TV is in the middle of the couch are and bed area. Our room was very confined. The shower/toilet area was TINY and the door latch even hit the shower door when closing the door. We would not stay here again.

This hotel was just wonderful. It was extremely clean and the breakfast was very very good for a buffet with fresh eggs, bacon, oatmeal always a thing like pancakes or waffles and much more. The room was always made up for us and the staff was extremely friendly. We will stay here anytime we come to Memphis.
