Beautiful facility
The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff were very helpful. It felt like maybe the hotel had opened a little too early as there was a lot of trouble with the digital check-in service. Then, when we finally got checked in, our room hadn't been cleaned. They were very apologetic and kind, quickly making it right and upgrading us to a paid breakfast. I would go back for the beauty of the property and access to Memphis. I expect a year from now it will function as a well-oiled machine without the glitches we experiences.

The hotel feels like an empty building, it had no dining facility open and was in the process of being renovated. Electronic check in that has had to be supplemented by a helpful staff member as none of it works, it became frustrating having to put in a code just to get into the room Overall cleanliness and parking good but not close to any facilities without a car

Definitely worth the stay only thing we didn't have was hot water upon arrival but they made accommodations for us. Ms. Kiera Steen was the best her hospitality is unmatched we definitely enjoyed her mini conversations on arrival and our departure shes the sweetest. Ill definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and roomy! The trouble was we had NO HOT WATER FOR OUR SHOWERS. Also, upon check in we had less than a half roll of toilet paper and two Kleenex in the tissue box! No refills were provided! It could have turned ugly 😂

The bed was very comfortable and clean, the building was nice as well. There were to issues: when we arrived 10pm at our room the toilet had some poop marks on the bottom of the toilet. We had to flush couple of times. Also, next morning I let the water running for more than 10 min and still didn’t have hot water in the shower. I called and they said someone will be there to fix while we were at the breakfast. We came back and we had hot water, but it was going back and forth the hot water while we were in the shower. Overall was good

This hotel does not service hot breakfast as a part of their Continental breakfast. The photos pictured within their listing is not an accurate representation of the facility or their offerings. Upon arrival, I was told my room was not ready, and I would have to wait additional time after 4 PM to be checked into my room. Once I was checked into my room, I discovered that half of the electricity in the room did not work. That there was no hot water only warm water. When these issues were brought to my attention, I brought them to the attention of the hotel staff who did absolutely nothing about it. They told me they would call Facilities to take a look at everything and they never updated me nor moved me to a new room so that I would be more comfortable. Additionally, this hotel is under construction and loudly smells of paint upon entering. They do not publicize this and let us know that this is the situation which is not kind, especially for families with toddlers if I knew the hotel was under construction and reeked of paint I would not have chose this hotel. Nevertheless, I would not stay at this hotel. Hands-down, it was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. Consider staying somewhere else. Just not here.

I was very disappointed. The hotel had a large large planter pot in the middle of the parking lot (not noticeable, in a dark area once you turn into the parking lot), and it damaged the entire side of my vehicle and the hotel refused to do anything about it - they accepted no responsibility! In addition, the hotel pool was nasty - people smoking in there, pool was dirty, etc. There was no restaurant or bar, or the restaurant they had there was not good (including the continental breakfast). Not a good hotel.

Check in was a nightmare. They need a front desk there was a line of people having the same issues. The restaurant is a joke. They did take my meal off the tab because the chicken was raw. Not a little raw pink straight through. The people working there was the highlight they were very nice and did all they could.

A good hotel, but its interior decoration is a bit under standard. Older furniture. So-so breakfast.
