Overall very good stay here at the Westin! Very close to Beale St, and great food options near by. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t great is we were in the room next to the elevators so we were able to hear them quite easily going up and down all night/early morning. And, either the walls or thin or our neighbors were super loud. Despite that, great stay and great location. Definitely recommend

Good location, very close to Beale St and in a walking distance from Lorraine Hotel. The staff - except for two nice ladies who were at the reception at night time - seemed to be bored by having to attend you, not even looking at us when we got in or out. The breakfast team at the restaurant was confused and slow, and the food quality was quite poor. The property conditions are ok.
