Every day will be filled with entertainment from pool toys, board games, ocean kayaks, and a poolside barbecue, to a media room for movie nights.

Although this home is in a quiet and private neighborhood, it is only a 3-minute drive to downtown Telchac Puerto with a dozen restaurants to choose from. Want to see Mayan ruins? It’s just a 14-minute drive to the Xcambó ruin site, a 2-hour drive to Uxmal ruins, and 2 a half hour drive to Chichén-Itzá. Want to swim in cenotes? The closest one is a short 35-minute drive to Cenote Sambula in Motul. An hour drive takes you to Cenote Xlacah and many more. Want to see flamingos? Drive one minute down the road to the salt-flat lagoons where flamingos turn pink. It’s about a 1-hour drive from Merida and a 40-minute drive from Progreso.
