"The room wasn’t ready at 3pm which was okay for us. When we went to the front desk at 3:45pm, still not ready. When we picked up the key, they don’t even apologize. That was surprising. The hotel is located next to the shopping center and in front of tram which was great. There is a swimming pool and indoor playground in the hotel. Some staff didn’t say good morning or didn’t smile when we see each other at the hotel. That is a pity for four stars hotel. "
