Parked in front of door to check in and drop off my bags, wasnt out of the car yet when some employee said i couldnt park there because it for valet. Checked in got my room and the carpet was crunchy, the heater didnt work and made a lot of noise. Tried getting the front desk on the phone and it would just ring. The faucet in the rest room kept dripping. I wouldnt stay here again.

I like that I don't have to walk across a dark parking lot to get to my room. The restaurants all had good food. As far as my room goes it was nice but I had to pay $15.00 a night for a mini fridge in my room, no coffee maker in the room, the door didn't fit right and at night you could see the light into the hallway. Also I could smell cigarette smoke in the room like someone was smoking in their room.

Our room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Probably in the air system from the casino. Disgusting. Dont understand why casinos feel the need to cater to the small percentage of people who smoke. Ruins it for the rest of us.

I come from out of state and have stayed here several times and every time it is a very enjoyable stay. This time around I noticed the beds were extra comfortable. I book the CasaBlanca Resort because of the convenient location, affordability, cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I stayed a Friday and Saturday night and both nights the bar lounge had great live bands. I'll be back soon.

We were tired from driving all day and decided to stop here. Very friendly, and courteous staff on arrival. Had dinner at Kathrines Steak House. We were their last table and our server Ruben and his support staff were great!! Thank you and we will be back again soon!!!!
