Everything smelled of cigarette smoke — bedding, towels- even though rooms are non smoking. Casino and laundry room must carry the cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. Very unsatisfactory. Also, hotel needed updating.

I’ve been coming to Casablanca for the past 8 years to celebrate my wife's birthday every August. We loved the pool and , good , and service. Unfortunately is not what it use to be.foid has been horrible and the pool being close and jacuzzi unavailable is not cool.

Couldn’t use pool it didn’t open till 10am Checkout was11am. No microwave fridge or coffee maker. Door latch was fallen apart. Will never stay there again.

The room was clean, check-in went smoothly. Got to the room and there was no refrigerator or microwave. The TV had many choices to watch. The room was a long way from the elevator. Had an alarm clock I set it and luckily I set my phone also because theirs never did make a sound.
