Wow, not what I was expecting
I went into a room and was immediately hit with a room that didn't have a working lock on the door, I requested a room change and the front desk said they couldn't help me. I'm a veteran that deals with PTSD and anxiety disorder and this didn't help the situation. Mechanics can and tried to fix the door all in all the door wasn't fix and I was left trying to block the door with my physical person all night. Thanks for the sleepless night hotels.com
