The hotel windows and entry doors are NOT soundproof. You can hear all of the traffic and people talking on the streets outside, sirens whaling, cars honking constantly. You can hear peoples private conversations as they're speaking in their rooms while you walk by their rooms, the doors are not soundproof. All in all, the hotel is nice and staff are nice & professional, but the outside noise is not buffered, the windows need upgrading to soundproof windows. It is to my surprise that a popular hotel chain as Holiday Inn is did not invest in soundproofing their windows, which, in my opinion, a peaceful, quiet enviotnment is the upmost importance for a popular hotel chain to provide for its patrons. I will not sleep there again.
