On Paseo Reforma...
The prop. is located on Paseo Reforma. The location is excellent and centrict to many places you'd wanna visit. The rooms are comfortable but simple, parking is by valet only, which is convenient but getting to the valet area can be very difficult. Due to the prop. is right on Paseo Reforma there is no area to drop off the vehicle. If you make a mistake and leave it on the bicycle lane, you might end up with a ticket. Now the restaurant on the 10th floor, is a beauty. It has an almost 360 degree unobstructed view of this part of the city. The food is awesome and the price is reasonable. The staff is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. I

This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is slow, bathroom stinks like mildew/mold. The smell is terrible. The 11th floor has a rooftop bar that’s extremely loud. Couldn’t sleep at all due to the music. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear all the traffic. Terrible experience. Spend a couple of more dollars and stay at Barceló.

Location is convenient as it is on walking distance of many dining and lunch options. In general area is safe during morning to the afternoon. However past midnight safety is a bit of a concern if you are not walking in groups. Has a nice terrace in the 11th floor with a nice restaurant with a very good view of the city that allows you to see all the way to one of The City's most iconic monuments. Only bad things is that bar soap is not by default in the room, you need to get it from the reception and sometimes is not available.
