Reception staff are not friendly, however the rest of the staff are friendly and made their most to be helpful. Unfortunately my room smelled like spout, I reported it and even though the reception staff told me it was taken care, the terrible smell persisted when I came back in the afternoon, finally I was given the option to change rooms.

I've been staying at this property several times. This is the first time that my room didn't get clean until 5pm. I has already come back to rest for the day. Also, they gave me.a room on the 3rd floor. In the middle of the night it smelled like food. Like they were cooling inside my room.. other than that the hotel is a nice place to stay at

The internet was very weak. Only 1 of 2 tvs functioned. Maintenance does not work on weekends. The food was okay…nothing special. Room service would arrive lukewarm. They need a proactive manager and not a caretaker.

Good Hotel. Time to make changes.

As usual, convenient, perfect location, big rooms, clean. Maintenance requieres. Time to change mattresses, mold smell at restroom. Good service and recomendable to come back.

My room was facing the side of a building, absolutely no vie. The sun hits it all day. When i arrived it was super hot like an oven. The next day i left the key on so yhat the AC will remain on and i had food in yhe fridges. Yhe housekeeper remove the key, and when i got back, again my room was super hot. My food got spoil cz the fridge was off. My chocolates that i bought for gifts melted. I was furious.

If you want to be in the south of the city, this is a great hotel. If you are a tourist hoping to be near Roma, Reforma, etc, this is quite far. Staff is so professional and responsive.
