Me gustó mucho por la decoración y lo limpio. Lo malo es que se escucha en tu habitación TODO lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, parecen de cartón las paredes. Quizá serviría tener al menos un ventilador en la habitación, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y en época de calor debe ser horrible dormir así. Está en muy buena ubicación, tiene cerca muchos lugares para comer, hacer compras, tomar café, tomar cerveza, tacos, etc.

La mejor ubicación en todo cdmx
La mejor ubicación en al Ciudad de México, cerca de mazaryk, polanco y condesa, si piensan caminar no hay mejor ubicación que la de OYÓ; el personal muy amable y el hotel muy bonito también, lo recomiendo bastante.

Take your business elsewhere. I made my booking two weeks prior. when I got to the hotel, they tell me it was overbooked and just like that I was on the street. Niether the hotel nor expedia assumed any responsability. I have no words to describe how we feel. Our limited vacation got even shorter after these people decided to overbook the hotel without letting those affected know on time to plan accordingly. I wont ever use or recommend expedia nor this hotel.

No es lo que esperaba pero estoy satisfecho
Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que nuestra reservación si estaba hecha pero como no habíamos pagado pues mi reserva no la respetaron y la recepcionista nos dijo que una disculpa pero que no tenía donde hospedarnos; a lo cual le dijimos que nos diera una solución no solamente nos dijera que una disculpa. Total que la chica (muy servicial y muy amable) nos ofreció una habitación a la cual la chapa no le servía, la habitación quedaría abierta sin chapa, solo con la puerta emparejada. Nosotros ya para no seguir discutiendo y perdiendo el tiempo aceptamos la habitación con la condición de que se hicieran 100% responsables si algo le pasaba a nuestras cosas. Al final de todo pues si nos hospedamos ahí, se nos respetó el precio y todo pero recomiendo si van a reservar paguen la reserva, porque luego no la respetan.
