V Day in CDMX

Such a beautiful hotel and terrific location! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Stayed in a Jr. Suite on the 1st floor and loved the street-view and terrace. Room was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable.

Bathroom stink. We had to call everyday to front desk to get someone over and all they would do is spray in the bathroom and leave. Moment we entered the bathroom was stinking. Wouldn’t recommend.

A great, luxury level hotel that is now our "go to" place when staying in the central business district of CDMX. Excellent all the way around. We appreciated the availability of a hotel car, though not cheap, as opposed to getting in the typical small taxis used around the city. We had a lower level "junior suite" on a first say, which we preferred to the upper level one because the first had a wall between the bed and sitting area, great when one person stays up later or gets up ealier, than the other.

Many thanks to the senior concierge, Jose, for guiding us and helping to shape our plans throughout; Samuel for his smile, good nature and great directions. The hotel staff are to a person so gracious and accommodating, and the facilities/amenities are executive level. Upon our next visit to this awesome ciudad, the Marquis Reforma is where we’ll begin again.

The best.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. All staff were astounding in their service - and none more so than Herman on the front desk in the evening. The room was exceptional, room service excellent, amenities were top drawer and there was nothing more we could have asked for. As our first day of our holiday it was an incredible start. We could not have asked for anything more.

Loved our stay

We had a spur of the moment trip, staying for 6 days at the Marquis Reforma. The hotel was lovely, our room was large, the staff always friendly and attentive. Calling in advance, the consider was helpful, arranging tours with excellent guides and making reservations at several good restaurants. Breakfast was ok, not great, but the Italian restaurant on the Matinee level was lovely on the outdoor terrace and with very good food. Best thing was location and we walked to museums and restaurants. Our hotel was located within a 5 minute walk of Ritz and St Regis and was a 5 star hotel at half the price
