The AC does not work in the room. We asked three days and only one day someone came to try to fix it. It worked for 30 minutes and then did not work again. We let reception know and did not send someone again to fix. Hotel did not do anything or try to offer another room or a solution. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. Also the shower ceiling is falling apart and drips water constantly.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby, adequate staff. My reservation was a balcony room and when I got to the room there was no balcony. The reception staff even confirmed “ family room, balcony” and even like that they sent me to a regular room. I went back down and they offered me complimentary breakfast instead the balcony room which I was happy with. The area is a party town so there’s loud music every night. It’s in a perfect location near a lot of attractions by walking or catching public transport, I probably spent $10 in transportation during my stay for 3 people, loved that. The cleanliness in the room needs a lot of improvement, I don’t think my room was vacuumed when we arrived or when I got serviced. We didn’t get enough towels or washcloths. Overall I give this hotel 8/10. I would stay here again but will check how clean it is first.

The hotel was okay. The hallways were pretty dark, which I didn’t really like. It was a bit annoying that they were hesitant to let you switch rooms if you weren't happy with yours. The pool doesn't get any sun, which was a letdown. Overall, it's decent—good location and affordable, though. Solo female traveler.

Like the gym Terrible customer service. No greeting,didn’t make us feel in a welcome pleasant environment and for the most no heating in the room spending the nights cold with a very old heating unit. Definitely NH in Puebla was superior that this property
