This place is clean, convinient, and centric. About a 10 minute walk on 20 de Noviembre takes you right to the Zocalo, or centro historico. Its safe, and quiet. Our room was clean, and spacious, the only complaint is that water spills out of the shower and floor gets wet. Overall a good stay.

I had a really bad experience in this Hotel. I got bit while being in both beds and ended up paranoid in the last 2 nights. My plan did not go as planned with the people I agreed to stay with and felt I was in over charged due to the changes which I was given wrong information for. Lastly, the towels in my room were dirty as if they weren’t wash (2) to be specific, thank god I had my personal one and so my mother. Overall, great area to stay in but not the best hotel. Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend either. I have pictures of the above if needed.

Hotel itself was good and staff were friendly. No complaints about this. My only complaint is that the hotel refused to refund for checking out early. Aiirline was going on strike and I was forced to leave early, so hotel should have refunded for these unavailable circumstances.

Room are nice but does not have any cabinets for folded clothes. We stayed 8 days and had to keep using our luggage's. Also they're wana be closet is small with only 4 hangers. Very, very small trash cans, and I took photos and videos of the dirty room. Most staff was friendly but didn't care. First time and last for me.
