Better take your own cutelry when you go there, especialy the knife. There was only one there and to get it one had to solve a riddle like the one at the entrance to Moria. Don't expect also the Staff to be available late in the night or early in the morning. I heard once a poor soul banging and kicking the metal gate, desperate to check in. When I was leaving I had to look the gate and throw back the key over the fence.

Una experiencia terrible. Se me dio un tipo de habitación que no era la que había reservado para varios días, con la promesa de que me sería asignada la habitación correcta en el menor tiempo posible. Sin embargo esto nunca ocurrió, sólo hubieron evasivas y pretextos a lo largo de los días. Si no quieren pasar un mal rato, mejor busquen otro lugar.

La señora de limpieza se la pasa peleándose con su hijo. Tardan demasiado en tener listas las habitaciones porque se la pasan platicando. Horriblemente frío porque el edificio no es cerrado. Cuando me bañé no había agua caliente. Si se quedan en esta cadena de hostal, mejor el del centro, este no me gustó nada.

Me agrado un poco la habitación no me gusto como esta instalada la cama estaba en la alto y las escaleras muy angostas y peligrosas, debería tener un apoyo para evitar accidentes, además que la habitación no tenía ventilación. Y el baño estaba hasta abajo en la segunda planta no hay solo regaderas. Pero en general está bien.

Las preguntas que hice por mensaje no fueron atendidas, pero la atención presencial fue precisa. Podría ser una oportunidad de mejora, los locker, porque no empatan con el número de camas y cierto equipaje no se puede asegurar. Por lo demás todo correcto y es una muy buena opción para estancia porque está muy bien ubicada
