Uliv not only had a great location, but the staff was wonderful and the apt's were perfect. The bed was amazing and it was just what I needed to get some rest. I would stay here next time I am back in CDMX.

The staff the ULIV Cibeles front desk were very friendly, and spoke both Spanish and English, which was very helpful. I would chat with them each day on my way in or out. My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchenette was very useful for doing my own cooking. A large Sumesa supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located on a quiet street, close to Avenida Insurgentes, the main thorougfare. The area felt safe when I walked around. The Metrobus (Durango) station is only a few blocks walk away, which will connect you to the Metro bus and train network. which is awesome! Also a few blocks away in the direction of Fuente Cibeles you will find lots of restaurants and a cervezeria. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and would gladly stay again.

We had a great stay at ULIC Cibeles - easy check-in process, warm welcome and the team was very helpful with providing recommendations and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The room itself was very comfortable, spacious and with great amenities. The location is also excellent with many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars a short walk away. Definitely recommend if you are looking for for a convenient central location in Mexico City.

Best part of this hotel was easily the location. Really central to a lot of great spots in Roma and Condesa that were either walkable or an easy Uber. The room itself was quite spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling windows that provided a great view of the city. Biggest con was the overall cleaniness could've been improved. The bathroom in particular needed more of a remodel than a deep clean as some of the tiling and caulking was moldy, trash bin was dirty and bent, and our bathroom sink left an awful smell everytime we used it (we eventually opted to use the filtered water in the kitchenette for most of the trip instead). Our room also developed a very strange smell coming from the vents during our last day. Unfortunately, when we noted it to the front desk we didn't get much help but because it was our last day we didn't push it too much. The laundry room machines also really needed a deep clean. Another small con was the elevators were quite slow despite there being 3 of them. But this was a pretty busy/popular hotel during our stay so it made it sense. If you stay here on an upper floor definitely give yourself a 10 min lead time!

We had a great stay here. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The AC was phenomenal. Service was fantastic, the whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Judith for helping us out with every question. Location is ideally located and acessible to Roma Norte and Zona Rosa.

ULIV Cibeles was just wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, has laundry on site, we stayed in the apartment and it was nice having our 2 kids in the room by themselves. We had plenty of space and great window view. We loved the neighborhood with the tree lined streets, and lots of greenery. It was very quiet and safe walking around. You can find all kinds of food on walking distance as well as some shopping. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to CDMX. We loved Roma Norte!

Can’t wait to come back!
The hotel I had originally booked had given my room away and I booked ULIV on the spot 30 mins before checking in. Edmundo greeted me with warmth, took care of me and made me feel welcome. He went above and beyond during my stay to make my experience memorable. Note worthy to say the beds are extremely comfortable with great pillows! I look forward to coming back and staying at ULIV again.
