The walls are extremely thin. I had the “pleasure” of hearing and witnessing a guest shouting match with a Call Girl. When things escalated to objects being thrown, there are no phones in the room to communicate with the front desk. After the situation was solved (almost one hour later) I heard every single move done at the room: from brushing teeth to cleaning crew doing the room the following day.

I know it's an aparthotel but they only provided me with a bath towel and no hand towel. I had to beg for one, and then when the cleaning lady would come (every 3 days), she would take it away and I had to go down and beg for a hand towel. And every time, I was reminded they were an aparthotel. It was the same with an iron. On top of this, the floors in the bathroom were very slippery, and without a bath rug, worse. As a matter of fact, I slipped and got quite bruised.
