The only down fall was I booked and prepaid for a suite and didn’t receive it especially after the front desk attendant confirmed it was a suite I had booked. The atmosphere was eccentric and loved the decor. Valets were very accommodating and nice. And the young man that worked the desk in the morning was welcoming.

I have stayed in the past but won’t stay there again. Staff is not helpful at all and the property is not as clean as it used to be. You need to beg for help for anything and the staff in uninterested in the guests. They are all busy with their phones.

My recent stay at Aloft Coral Gables was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the modern and chic design immediately caught my eye. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the stylish décor. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Coral Gables, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The bar downstairs was a great spot to unwind after a long day, with a lively atmosphere and delicious drinks. The pool area was also a highlight, offering a relaxing space to soak up the Florida sun. Overall, Aloft Coral Gables exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I can't wait to return!
