JUST AN AMAZING STAY! Front desk is very helpful, view from balcony is very nice, housekeeping makes sure the room is cleaned and towels are changes before the guests come back. Will definitely book at any Aloft hotel again when I come back to the US.

My stay was very pleasant. Clean and the best smelling hotel I have stayed at lol. My only complaint would be I had to pay for breakfast. It was good though.

I had called the front desk asking if it were possible to have someone bring me something from the mini market - given i was sick i couldn't leave the room. The front desk told me they would call me back and never did- would have been nice to have the call back so that i can figure out a plan B.
