Los baños de las habitaciones tienen el piso negro, sabrá Dios que manchas y suciedad habrá ahi. Las ventanas sucias. Las habitaciones bonitas y modernas. Había un termostato pero no regulaba el aire acondicionado ya que es de ventana y tienes que hacerlo manual. Me cobraron 20$ por el desayuno pero es a la carta y son puros carbohidratros. Si quieres huevos o waffles son 10$ aparte. Dentro de todo la experiencia no fue mala pero no la repetiría tampoco.

El desayuno era elegir entre un par de opciones muy poco saludables, además empacadas (no fresco)y solo calentadas en un microondas. Nada de fruta, ni opciones integrales, ni huevos. Todo eso se pagaba extra.

Paid extra for king room but was given a double. went to lobby next morning to advise on error and they said you aren't being charged more for the 2nd bed. seriously? I told them I paid more and they wouldn't have a room for 8 hours for me to switch. after being out all day they were out again. they offered nothing to compensate me for the extra i spent for the king room and they gave away. didnt want to sleep in full bed together so on vacation slept like a couple in a 50's sitcom. do better.

Housekeeping need to improve abit. The bathroom floor was not clean, the trash cans were not lined with plastic or liners. The bathroom's seal was lose at the bottom of the door hence water leaked. (Facility maintenance) The iron box did not work either. The front office staff was excellent and very professional. Check in/out was great. The bed/ sheet/ blankets were soft and very clean- very comfortable and smelled good.
