Great stay for 4 nights. There’s a 711 a block away and it’s walking distance to Brickell city center. Breakfast options were good. Place was clean. I would stay here again.

This place sux and so does Hotels . com
Booked this hotel, then my wife fell ill and was in the hospital, tried to get a refund, but these people refused to refund my money. Both Hotels . com as well as this hotel are absolutely useless should you need to cancel your reservations. If you do book with these people, make sure you do the pay when you get there option, if you dont you will be screwed if you have to cancel.

This Hotel has Everything you want in a Hotel done in an Excellent Way: This Staff from the Parking Valets Front Desk and the Restuarants and Breakfast they are all Customer Driven; This Staff was out of Season Short of Personnel but they all came through like Champs for Hurricane Milton Evacuees; They treated us great although they were working extra shifts; This is One Great Hotel top to Bottom; Rob and Terrie

The hotel was close to the metrorail and the heart of Brickell. Great location and I liked the fact that there was a separate sitting space from the bedroom. Well worth it!

The only thing that disappointed my family is that they kept the pool closed too long. We stayed when Helene’s wind was very intense. But it was only intense for one day….the next it was like nothing ever happened, perfect weather, but the pool stayed closed all day. Not happy considering we chose to stay there because there was a pool for my kids.
