The property is well maintained and clean. We like fresh air and the windows were limited to opening only a little. Two crank windows didn’t work. The cars on the street in front of the hotel were at times quite noisy. The included breakfast is minimal. Basically coffee, bread and a little jam.

Great ocean view location with many restaurants and shops close by, not to mention the beach across the road. While rooms are smaller in size, particularly the bathroom, it is very clean and the staff are fantastic.

Did not like: Poor breakfast (I would say - very poor). Permanent sound from some working equipment that would not let you sleep. No sockets in the room. Very little space in the bathroom, it’s even not enough space for your knees when using the toilet sink. Poor service - they came to clean the room about 4:30 pm when we already returned to have a nap. Our room was eventually not cleaned. Extra price for early check-in. Did like: water fountain, ice available, reasonable price (given the location), very good location (100 meters to the ocean), beach chairs and towels available for free.
