Definitely no frills, but was adequate for what we were looking for. There was no tv in the room, but that was more or less ok as we didn’t go to Miami Beach to stay in the room all day. Neat old building. Felt secure. Was quiet enough while we were there. No complaints about noise.

This was a great location. The manager was very accommodating to different requests. It was very quaint and unique. The only I wish it had was a tv in the room. Other than that we will definitely stay here again.

El apartamento está en una de las mejores zonas de Miami Beach, a 1 cuadra de Española Way, hay de todo cerca, en cuanto a mobiliario hay todo lo que puedas necesitar en la habitación, el espacio es silencioso y tranquilo. Lo malo es que no había servicio de limpieza ni me proporcionaron artículos de aseo personal. El piso estaba sucio desde que llegamos, nunca lo fueron a barrer.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the Barcelona Studios. It's very close to the Miami South Beach and you can easily access it via bus, also directly connected to the airport. Our Apartment was very well equipped, also with little details. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own food. The only downside was the fridge, which was little bit noisy. The AC worked fine and there is also an additional fan. We got a lot of towels and also extra beach towels, which was a nice extra. In the lobby you can also find free stuff from other former guests. In the lobby and around the house there were some cats. Adriana, the owner, was very friendly and always available for questions. It was also possible to store our luggage before checking in. In general it was very quiet and the wifi worked fine.
