Guest access
Guests will have access to the full private condo as well as all of the resort facilities and amenities. The unit itself comes complete with multiple flatscreen smart TVs, a king bed, a sleeper gel memory foam sofa (on a brand new leather couch), a dining table, full kitchen, full bathroom, iron board, hair dryer, cooking utensils, beach chairs, and plentiful closet space.

The resort has: paid washer/dryer, valet parking, two heated pools, a movie theater, two workout gyms, beach access, an on-site cafe (with delivery anywhere on the premises), gazebo, etc.

There are some check-in fees paid directly to the building:

Key fobs grant electronic access key for building and amenities and are required for purchase of $30. Key fobs are necessary per 2 people, 14 years of age or older.

We enjoyed our time in this condo. The owners responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The pictures are extremely accurate as to the appearance of the property. While I certainly wish that we had a view of the ocean it was fine. We loved sitting on the balcony. We loved the two pools and the beach. The Tides is an older complex. I suggest they install more elevators. However, the complex was clean and secure. We will return

The apartment was spacious and clean. Full kitchen with all the necessities, beach towels and 3 beach chairs provided. King size bed was comfortable and bedroom had very large tv and closet, full dining table and chairs were nice. Large tv in family room. Sofa bed mattress was more comfortable than expected. This apartment is in a high rise building but located on a lower level and not far from elevators which was nice. The pool was nice and access to the beach is directly behind the fence of the pool. Beautiful beach that can be walked for miles in either direction. Location of resort is good. It’s within 20-30 minutes of airport and cruise terminals depending on traffic and near the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and many restaurants and shopping. My only negative was that the couch itself (it being the only seating in family room), was very uncomfortable- back cushions are odd and bottom cushions are not attached, shallow in depth and were sliding forward the entire time. Besides the only 3 spots on the couch there are no other chairs to sit in other than the dining chairs which were ok but not made for lounging/watching tv type seating. Need a better couch plus another easy chair or two in that space. Not comfortable for more than 2 people.

Quick stay before cruise
Condo was very clean, everything we needed was there. The beach, pool and pool table were the highlights for our family. The owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants walking distances which we tried and loved. Thank you for your hospitality!

The condo itself was exactly as listed. Had everything we needed - hand soap/tissues/toilet paper in bathroom to dish tabs/dish soap/paper towels in kitchen to beach chairs and beach towels. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Complex was nicely taken care of as well- nice grounds and pool. Beach is right there! We did not have a car and were fine walking everywhere. Walmart is just down the road and 7-eleven across the street. Several restaurants nearby as well. The Hollywood Boardwalk is about 2 miles with tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. Great place for families, couples, and more. We would definitely go back!

Great stay
The hosts were great! Checked in on us after a day or two of checking in to make sure all was good. The apt was really clean, spacious, nice and comfortable. Location is great. Feels like anywhere we went was 20min away. Price was awesome. My flight was delayed and the hosts let me stay till the afternoon (which I really appreciated) Great apartment the only thing I would change is maybe the bathroom needs to updated but even so it was clean just old

Lovely relaxing spot
The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures- a bit minimalist but very clean and bright and well equipped. The owners had left staples such as paper towels and toilet paper and dish soap etc. and personal items like shampoo. The resort had a lovely pool and the unit came with two beach chairs we could easily take to the adjoining beach. The bed was extremely comfortable. Check in was described clearly when we arrived but required a few steps and I’m not sure exactly what happens when the main office is closed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurants are a short drive away as are Walmart and Publix and the famous boardwalk. We encountered a small problem when we first arrived and it was dealt with immediately. The only issue that someone might have is the view from the balcony. Again the photo is accurate in that you can only see the three story garage. My husband and I sat on the balcony a lot and it didn’t bother us because we were enjoying the warmth and sunshine. But if you want a view of the ocean or even greenery you need to go downstairs. We had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you.
