Nothing as advertised. Broken TV. Phone in room inoperable. The elevator hasn’t been working for apparently over a month or two now, which would be nice to know with a fractured foot. Of course, room was on the 4th floor, which required the stairs. The people in room next to us were the loudest humans I’ve ever encountered. I informed the front desk, to which they did nothing about.

It was beachside and that was the ONLY good thing about the hotel. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The rest was bad. Room was filthy. Decor was old and rusted. The sink backed up (we brushed our teeth in the shower, which we entered with our crocs on because it was dirty.). The only elevator was broken so we had to climb the stairs. Restaurant was slow and easily forgettable.

Excellent Location in the heart of South Beach with really great customer service! It has neat vibe inside. BUT this hotel needs some updating in a major way. It's an old hotel to start and it's obvious they tried to improve it, but the elevator was down and breakfast was provided by a restaurant nearly a block away. It would have been nice to know this in advance. We had to take 4 flights of steps to our room. Plus, views from our room lacked a lot (looked into other ugly buildings & a back alley). Beds sunk in the middle and pillows were weird. The bathroom was only big enough for 1 person at a time. Room was pretty clean but very humid. If you like unique places with a cool vibe, this place is great!! If you want modern and fancy, this is not your hotel!

The vallet people and the front desk people argued about where i should park right in front of me. I felt so uncomfortable. The elevator did not work so it was very hard to get our things to the room. Rooms are so small. They never had extra pillows or blankets when we asked. Im very tall. The showers are made for very short people. The only nice thing was the location. Aroused alot of shopping and right across from the beach.

The elevator was not working. Upon arrival at the hotel, they had someone who had just started and did not know what he was doing.. it took us an hour just to check in. We were told that we found not sit on in the front of the building just to enjoy ourselves we had to sit on the inside of the lobby. Room cleaning lady, left our door open to our room when we were not there, upon arrival back to the room it was open and when I asked she did not speak English, anybody could have went in our room and took anything I will not be going there anymore.
