It took 45 minutes to get my car from the valet each time I needed it. The property should disclose it is under construction and the lobby is closed. The elevator....yes there is only one for guests is awful. Get ready to wait for a while.

Has an excellent stay at The Bentley. William and all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was newly refurbished and rooftop view was beautiful. This place is also very dog friendly. Two thumbs up!

Solid Choice for South Beach

Solid, comfortable choice, excellent location. 1 room suite with an ocean view. Liked the bed and linens. Spacious for South Beach. Good shower and updated bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen area. The roof deck, which has a pool, is great. On the slightly negative side, the windows desperately needed washing. Also, the ground floor is under construction. It looks like it will be nice but in the meantime it's not very inviting. The staff, however, is very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a quite satisfying stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this hotel. They are under construction and I never heard any noise in my room. The rooftop was my favorite part of the building. I slept so good in their comfortable bed. The room was obviously newly renovated. They had a small continental breakfast down the hall. I would stay again.

I would recommend staying at The Bentley and I would stay there again for sure. The location is great, it looks like there were some updates/ remodeling happening but the hotel is still very clean and quiet. I am a clean freak so my standards for cleanliness are very high and my room was definitely nice and clean. Big thank you to the housekeeping staff! The best part about my stay was everyone working at the hotel was friendly and extremely accommodating. The entire staff there is awesome! Also, the location is really great!
