After, checking went to room first warning was the door was propped open and the window was open. It smelled as if the room had been previously flooded with water and the smell of mildew was thick. After, complaining they sent some on to the room to spray an odor fighter to try to mask the smell. Guess what it didn’t work. The front desk attendant said they were sold out. I said well refund my money we ended up getting a clean across the parking lot.

The First room we were in was so smelly/mouldy we could not sleep and they said no other rooms were available. It got us sick for the whole trip. The front desk guy - Gabriel is extremely unhelpful and lacks courtesy for guests. I usually stay at Best Westerns but this was not our usual great experience. Won't stay here again.
