A hidden gem in beautiful Coral Gables
Our stay couldn't have been more comfortable and wonderful. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Never pointed to a direction without personally taking us there. A special thanks to Douglas. Lunch, dinner and breakfast service was exemplary. One of the most elegant, beautiful hotels I have stayed in - bar none.

Great hotel below average restaurant
This is a premier hotel on a gorgeous property. Service was 5 stars. Only complaint was Fontana restaurant was pretty disappointing. Our salads were not very crisp or fresh and our pasta dishes were drowned in sauce, cool and overdone. Lastly we were stuck in a very brightly lit corner and pretty much ignored by staff. Rest of stay was impeccable but sadly would avoid the restaurant or stay away from pasta dishes at minimum.
