Very clean apartment, new furniture, Melissa host is very helpful, anytime that I had questions I would just txt and she will reply very fast. Location is very convenient, great beach! The place was dirty the floor the baseboard chairs were full of food from another guests. Bed were old and uncomfortable (didn't sleep) the receptionist was security (weird) and the checkout was at 10 am and somebody knocked our door 5 minutes prior and she was kicking us out trying to clean NEVER AGAIN

Communication was good. Security at desk were rude both women anvil unfriendly. Bathtub was nasty peeling at the bottom of tub shower curtain fell on me while in the shower. Restaurant food was nasty and drinks were expensive.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! It is not as advertised. The check in process was awful. Then we got to our room and it smelled like mold and just unpleasant. When I complained they did nothing to right the situation and I ended up leaving with my family! Worse hotel experience we’ve ever had! Ive never written a bad review for anything but this place deserves it. I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from this place!
