Amazing Experience

Amazing experience at CitizenM. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth and straightfoward. The room is a bit small if you are carrying many luggages but the confort, ai driven, and beauty of it overcome my expectations. I would def come back.

The person that checked me in was very nice hotel Was clean good view. I didn’t like how one of the staff singled me and my boyfriend out asking to show our room key but didn’t ask the group of kids running through the hotel that wasn’t supposed to be there other than that great stay

Great hotel stay with a great breakfast buffet. The location is convenient for heading to South Beach. The staff was great, especially Lili, she was super helpful. We'll definitely stay here again some day!

Great location for shopping and seeing boats and cruise ships. Only disliked we had was we stayed on the second floor and our window had a some sort of street car connection running by so the view was not that good when the car ran by our window.

Staff were helpful and nice- love the luggage storage on day of our check out we were able to store our luggage there and walk to Bayside while we had time before our cruise check in very convenient location if you are cruising port is right there also great to get food and do shopping at bayside and take a few pic at the Miami stadium which is right across street

Loved our stay

Just finished a cruise out of Miami just needed a room for the night before our flight the next morning. The room was compact but had everything we needed. Very modern. We loved it. Great walkable location to activities and food. Great view of the bay, fun to watch the boats come and go.

The room smelled like mildew. The sheets and pillow cases had stains. I found strands of hair in the bed. It was apparent the sheets were never changed from the previous people. I genuinely couldn’t wait to leave that room. Some staff at the bar were very helpful and pleasant.
